The Horizon Records is a Project of the CultureTrust of Greater Philadelphia, a charitable 501(c)(3) trust, supporting diverse cultural practices in the Philadelphia region.
The Horizon Records provides free recording studios and workshops as creative tools to improve writing skills and develop strong youth leaders in the classroom and community. Through our community recording sessions, artists network, learning resources, and civic engagement initiatives , The Horizon Records is supporting a global network of change makers.
Record and Rise Programs:
Youth in the Booth poetry and music production studio sessions are designed to develop youth’s writing and skills through music recording and production workshops. Our sessions are focused on developing participants’ authentic voice and brand so their voice and rise from every horizon.
Sheesh Studios provides pop-up recording sessions and entrepreneurial workshops in community spaces such as small businesses and non-profits to support the solo artist.
In the Mix Mixtapes provides studio based community recording jam sessions allows the solo artists to collaborate with others.
