The Horizon Records is a Project of the CultureTrust of Greater Philadelphia, a charitable 501(c)(3) trust, supporting diverse cultural practices in the Philadelphia region. The Horizon Records Project provides free recording sessions, music production trainings, writing workshops , and creative entrepreneurship conferences designed to empower individuals to sustainability actualize their personal, professional, and creative goals.
Record and Rise Programs:
Horizon Records’s Youth in the Booth Artist poetry and music production incubator provides recording session that allow youth to learn music recording, producing, engineering, writing, and business through making and releasing their own music which they 100% own..Our sessions are focused on developing participants’ authentic voice and brand so their voice and rise from every horizon.
Sheesh Studios provides pop-up recording sessions and entrepreneurial workshops in community spaces such as small businesses and non-profits to support the solo artist.
In the Mix Mixtapes provides studio based community recording jam sessions allows the solo artists to collaborate with others.
Horizon Records Collective Conferences provides monthly entrepreneurial trainings for the solo artists focusing on sharing new industry and entrepreneurial tips and tools to facilitate the solo artist’s career.
